Our extensive range of mortgages are provided through major lenders. We are regulated by the Financial Services Authority for the provision of mortgage advice and arranging general insurance.

We will carry out the processing, package and submit to the lender on your behalf in order to ensure that you start your new mortgage with the absolute minimum amount of disruption, furthermore you will not be expected to pay any upfront fees; we will pay the cost of a valuation.

You will be provided with a dedicated mortgage advisor who will be able for help and advice. Our advisors hold the “Certificate for Mortgage Advise and Practice” (CeMAP) qualification, so you can be sure you are dealing with a company who will provide a first class service to you.

At oak loans and mortgages we pride ourselves on offering advised sales; this means we will work with you and recommend the most suitable product for your circumstances and attitudes. Upon completion if you decided to raise additional funds these can be with you on the same day and can be used for any purpose e.g. a new car, debt consolidation etc...
